Half of those aren't starting locations. And Rosewood is missing. Best location for veteran players is Muldraugh because it's the easiest to get a vehicle working at. The whole south is full of parking lots, plus the crossroads towards Rosewood and the Warehouses out of town. With a working vehicle you're free to go anywhere you want in the map.

It's simply the best location for a base in Zomboid in my opinion. I've known some good bases but this one is on top of my list by far. The best location is the one you put time into, ultimately. A standard house with enough fortifications can and will outshine a base that you die before you reach.
