The campground is situated on a beautiful piece of land by the river. The forest has lots of mature trees with lots of shade which is very nice on a hot summer day. Being by the river makes the camping so much more enjoyable and relaxing. We took the canoe and kayaks on the river followed by a nice refreshing swim in the fresh water river.
